To Christ, despite all, we hold
A graduate school of theology where the languages come first, the confessions are read whole, and every thesis is defended in public.
A Time-Tested Curriculum
Greek and Hebrew from the first year, systematics through the third, and a thesis defended in public before you graduate. There are no shortcuts in the sequence, and there is no track that skips the languages.
Master of Divinity
Three years in residence, with Greek and Hebrew from the first term.
Master of Arts
The same faculty and the same reading, taken from wherever you already serve.
Doctoral Programs
Research degrees for those already teaching, supervised across three continents.
“I arrived with answers and left with better questions, which turned out to be the point.”
Lectures and Events
Open House
Sit in on a lecture, meet the faculty, stay for lunch in the refectory.
The Machen Lecture
An annual address on the confessions, open to the public and streamed.
Reformation Evensong
Sung in the chapel by the seminary choir, open to the city.
Come and sit in a class first.
Visitors join a seminar, eat with students, and leave with an honest sense of whether this is the place. Applications for autumn close 1 March.
